In a market saturated with mass-produced figures, collectible art toys stand out as a canvas for deep storytelling and display-worthy design. For art toy collectors, designers, and pop-culture enthusiasts, figures represent more than shelf decor, they carry history, conviction, and artistic vision.
The Legacy Behind the Design
When designing iconic figures during the golden age of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in the 1990s, Howard "Quiggly" Chang proved that toys could define pop culture history. With Ancientz, Quiggly bridges old-world storytelling with futuristic robotic mythos.
As featured in The Toybook:
"Even as media pushes deeper into the digital age, Howard 'Quiggly' Chang is taking the future of storytelling back to its old-world roots.", Natalie Miller, The Toybook
